In our work, I am guided by the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation – the largest and oldest coaching organisation, which was the first in the world to develop and propose a definition and philosophy of coaching, and as the first one created the ethical standards of the coach profession.

Acting for the good of the client, confidentiality, respect for the other person, his/her beliefs and principles are the most important to me. The client has within him/her all that is necessary for the development, and my role is to trigger his/her potential, to support him/her in achieving the goals, going through the change or developing new competencies.

My experience

In my professional career, I have over 500 hours of work as an active coach conducting individual and group sessions. I have the knowledge and skills gained during more than a dozen years of employment as a manager in such companies as Masterfoods, Michelin and Reckitt Benckiser. I fulfil myself in the role of a parent, which also results in a unique experience that I use in a practical way in my profession.

Pierwsza sesja jest darmowa

Pierwsze spotkanie to sesja zapoznawczo – informacyjna, podczas której masz okazje mnie poznać i zdecydować, czy to właśnie ze mną chcesz pracować. Pierwsza sesja pozwala mi na nawiązanie pierwszego kontaktu, udzielenie odpowiedzi na nurtujące Cię pytania i poznanie Ciebie. Pierwsze spotkanie trwa zazwyczaj około 30 minut i jest całkowicie bezpłatne i niezobowiązujące. Po nim obydwie strony decydują, czy chcą ze sobą pracować.
